d. Data portability: in the case of automated processing carried out on the basis of consent or in execution of a contract, to receive the data concerning you in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device;
And. Withdrawal of consent to processing for marketing purposes, both direct and indirect; the exercise of this right does not in any way affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the revocation;
f. Submit a complaint pursuant to art. 77 GDPR to the competent supervisory authority based on your habitual residence, workplace or place of violation of your rights; for Italy, the Guarantor for the protection of personal data is competent, which can be contacted via the contact details shown on the website http://www.garanteprivacy.it.
The aforementioned rights may be exercised by sending a specific request to the Data Controller through the contact channels indicated in art. 1 of this information. Requests relating to the exercise of your rights will be processed without undue delay and, in any case, within one month of the request; only in cases of particular complexity and in the number of requests can this deadline be extended by a further 2 (two) months.
Communication and provision of data
The communication of Personal Data to the recipients referred to in n. 2) of art. 4 of this disclosure takes place in fulfillment of a legal obligation while the other recipients referred to in n. 1), 3) and 4) of the same article occurs in fulfillment of a contractual obligation when necessary for the performance of the services requested by the User. The provision of data is mandatory as it is necessary for the execution of the obligations deriving from the sale proposal or the provision of services, or for the purpose of concluding a contract at the request of the User and, in any case, for the fulfillment of obligations legal entities to which the Data Controllers are subject. Therefore, any refusal to provide data by the User may result in the non-acceptance of the request for the provision of services, to the extent that such data are necessary for these purposes. Any communication of Personal Data to the recipients referred to in no. 6) of art. 4 of this disclosure takes place in fulfillment of an explicit consent of the User (marketing consent).
